**Responsibilities**:

handling intellectual property-related risks raised in APAC region,
- management work of IP functions of APAC region,
- responsible for formulating anti-counterfeiting strategies of APAC region.
- Conduct management work of IP functions for APAC region (appraisal of IP staff, budgeting, regular meeting with IP HQ, etc.),
- Formulate anti-counterfeiting strategies of APAC region,
- Formulate IP training program for affiliate companies of APAC region,
- Contract review approval (IP-related clause),
- Manage brand trademark license, and

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in intellectual property will be a plus)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in intellectual property, preferably in a managerial role for more than 3 years
- Experience in brand protection will be a plus
- Understanding of major countries’ legal framework on intellectual property in APAC region.
- Skill of collaborating effectively and meaningfully with individuals and organizations.
- Awareness, sensitivity, and skills in working professionally with diverse individuals and organizations who represent various cultural and personal backgrounds and characteristics
- Fluent level written and oral English
