As an Analyst - Employee Experience, you will be a key member of our consulting team. You will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.

Performance Objectives:
Clients
- Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas, providing advisory services in areas of HR strategy, employee experience, talent management and organization development etc.
- Engage with senior HR and business leaders, design bespoke surveys/diagnostics, analyze data and derive rich insights about clients’ workforce, culture, HR practices etc.
- Analyse client and workforce data to develop recommendations and roadmaps for clients and present them to senior stakeholders, generating buy-in and commitment to change.
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries to deliver a seamless experience to clients.
- Plan, organize and track project progress to meet internal guidelines and client needs.
- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
- Start developing proficiency in project management.
