**The Role**
Overview of the role:
As a Regional Analyst in our Health & Benefits business, you will work closely with the Head of Strategic Development, Asia & Australasia to develop, implement and track our sales strategies, go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns. Your duties will include:
Segmentation, priority setting and target identification
- Segment client base to provide analysis and insights to support prioritization and targeting
- Conduct market research, client analysis and drive ongoing opportunity mapping
- Coordinate meetings; including identification of participants and agenda setting in regional Sales champions meetings
- Support marketing campaigns; develop plan and metrics, monitor performance and ensure results track to campaign objectives

Support CRM usage, derive and distribute insights to support sales
- Monitor Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool - Dynamics 365 to ensure accurate and timely updates
- Run sales dashboards, perform analytics and insights
- Help distribute relevant thought leadership collaterals to local countries.

Bid management
- Provide bid management support for RFP responses
- Develop and provide standard templates for RFP responses based on our key services and solutions
- Collate and distribute examples of RFP best practices
- Pre and post contracting support

Development and delivery of sales training
- Organize training schedules and provide follow up support
- Update online sales training portals
- Manage sales tools and train local sales colleagues
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Relevant insurance certificates such as M5, M9, HI, ComGI, BCP, and PGI would be an advantage
- Ideally 1 to 2 years experience in a Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage company, or from a Compensation & Benefits role and/or experience as a BD analyst in a related industry
- Competent in research with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with a strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and CRM software (e.g. Dynamics 365, SalesForce)
