Main goal is to support the maximisation of revenue from Chubb’s Digital Partnerships, by working together with Regional and Local counterparts to actively manage our partner portfolio.

**Partner Portfolio Management**

Work together with Local counterparts to ensure key Digital Partnerships 1) have a growth plan in place, defining product roadmap, marketing campaigns, OKR/KPIs and other items as needed; and 2) are closely monitored for performance.

Develop trusted relationships with Local counterparts and Digital Partners across APAC to support the implementation of growth plans.

Serve as the key point of contact for all partner account management matters.

Forecast and track key account management metrics, such as quarterly sales targets.

**Revenue Growth**

Work together with Local counterparts, Product Managers, Data Analysts and Digital Marketing & Growth colleagues to drive revenue growth, with clear strategies for new products and existing proposition optimization.

Your final KPI is revenue from the partners you focus on.

**Knowledge sharing, upscaling the organization**

Help to institutionalize knowledge from different Partnerships and countries across the organization, being known as the “go-to” person for best practices across Digital Partnership Account Management and Growth.

The role reports to the Head of Digital for APAC.

The role works closely with Digital Product Managers, Data Analysts, Digital Marketing & Growth and Local Account Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
