**What the role is**
- As a Lead Manager/ Assistant Director, Communications in the Special Educational Needs Division, you will manage strategic communication and engagement efforts with key stakeholders to strengthen support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

**What you will be working on**
- Develop strategic public and media communications on support for SEN in mainstream schools, including addressing public’s enquiries and media queries, updating MOE’s website and frequently asked questions - Support mainstream schools to communicate information on SEN support policies and provisions to key stakeholders, including updating the SEN Handbook for schools - Drive parent engagement efforts, such as organising parents’ forums and the publication of parents’ guides - Brief and support MOE’s political heads and senior management, staff Committee of Supply Debate processes, parliamentary questions and queries arising from school visits - Coordinate engagement with stakeholders on SEN support in mainstream schools such as self-help groups - Strengthen internal repositories and Knowledge Management of communications materials
