Sr. Executive Assistant to Managing Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The role involves leading and coordinating various teams to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining efficient processes across departments, and supporting marketing or advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Developing strategies to improve operational performance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and resource management.
Building relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for effective communication.
Additional responsibilities include:
Acting as a liaison between management and teams to ensure project alignment.
Scheduling and facilitating team meetings.
Maintaining client relationships and managing project communications.
Preparing client presentations and overseeing lead responses.
Tracking project deliverables and providing administrative support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
6+ years of experience in operations coordination or project management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Education:
UG: B.B.A / B.M.S in Management
PG: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Operations
Key Skills include administrative support, team coordination, client management, and operational oversight.
