**Job Title**: Brand Manager, Distributor Markets

**Reporting to**: Sales Director, Distributor Markets

About the role

The Brand Manager (BM) is responsible for building brand equity for our Luxury fragrance portfolio of brands & growing market share in the distributor markets we operate in. The BM will achieve this via collaboration with our distributors in the execution of brand marketing strategies and plans, relationship management, market knowledge and working closely with the Distributors to adapt the plans and guidelines so our brands succeed in market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Joint business planning with distributors to align on key marketing intiatives, marketing calendar (both launches & re-promotes) & marketing investments.
- Validate & align 360 marketing plans
- Ensure all marketing executions are on brand & within brands’ DNA.
- Liaise with Global & APAC marketing teams
- Monitor & analyze post execution/ launch results
- Obtain visibility & ensure distributor marketing investment is utilized/optimized well, is in line with brand direction in building brand equity in market
- Consolidation and analysis of monthly sales
- Determine product assortment for distributor markets, cascade marketing launches, collate forecast
- A&P management and tracking, ROI analysis

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong MS excel, Word and power points skills
- 5+ years Brand management experience and experience working with Distributors
- Knowledge & exposure to the region - SEA, APAC
- High level influencing skills, and the ability to drive growth conversations
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Resilient and flexible, adapts well to new challenges
- Passionate and enthusiastic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
