Singapore Institute of Mental Health Full time

CHAT, Centre of Excellence for Youth Mental Health, offers a mental health service aimed at providing confidential mental health checks and support for youths and young adults aged 16 - 30 living in Singapore, linking them to appropriate mental health resources in a timely manner, conducting outreach to promote awareness of mental health issues and providing training to community partners and Institutes of Higher Learning.

**Under the Outreach Team, the Outreach Executive / Senior Executive will**:

- Provide input to support and coordinate mental health related projects or events relevant to CHAT
- Plan, ideate and execute Outreach projects to ensure scalability and sustainability
- To build rapport and develop good working relationship with various stakeholders such as IMH, Social Service Agencies, Organisations, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) and Community partners
- Respond promptly to enquiries on project collaborations received via the CHAT website
- Engage with CHAT’s social media community, respond to comments on platforms (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and manage Google reviews to upkeep CHAT's identity/brand.
- Share knowledge gained from these projects/events with relevant stakeholders
- Work with mental health advocates to support them in their Outreach and sharing
- Manage, support and enhance CHAT’s outreach platform (Digital and offline)
- Create content for CHAT’s digital and offline platform with discussion with CHAT team and seek approval from cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and is relevant to our target audience
- Prepare and collate monthly website and social media performance report to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure presentation of content for CHAT’s digital and offline platforms are user-friendly, informative and appeal to the target audience
- Ensure consistency of CHAT’s identity across various outreach platforms
- Conceptualise and execute ideas for CHAT roadshows and exhibitions
- Conduct talks to introduce CHAT to students, community partners and other organisations
- Work closely with the training workgroup to come up with a training structure and a strategy for marketing and publicising our training programmes
- Work closely with team and other stakeholders to increase CHAT’s presence in the media
- Work closely with Institutes of Higher Learning to increase CHAT’s presence in schools
- Other duties
- Support and assist at CHAT Hub or EPIP events
- Assist in UI/UX of CHAT website
- Represent CHAT in various meetings with internal or external stakeholders
- Guide interns from various Institutes of Higher Learning
- Assist in preparing proposal/paper

**Education**:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Visual Communications/Graphic Design/Digital Media/Mass Communications or equivalent

A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Content creation or Community Engagement
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), or equivalent tools
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and open to explore new softwares
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing, including social media management and advertising
- Attention to detail and motivated to produce quality work
- Ability to produce digital content and assets through Photography, Reels, etc
