Job Purpose

Work closely with Vice-Dean (Global Relations and International Programmes), Associate Director, as well as Assistant Manager, in implementing operations related to admissions and outreach.

As Executive /Senior Executive (Admissions & Outreach), the role will support the admissions processes of graduate and undergraduate students, as well as outreach efforts in marketing Law programmes, through verbal, written and visual communications to meet the strategic objectives of student recruitment.Duties & Responsibilities

Support admission processes of graduate and undergraduate programmes:

- Liaise with interviewers and applicants for admission interviews and written test
- Invigilate written test, organize interviews and collate interview and test results
- Extract raw data and reports for analysis as required by internal stakeholders
- Respond to general admission queries

Execute marketing and outreach events:

- Coordinate logistics for outreach activities and liaise with NUS central departments and Communications Unit for internal and external events such as school visits, education fairs, Open Day and Welcome Weekend.
- Collate data and trends in local and international education systems to provide regular information for Deanery and Associate Director to devise and refine outreach strategies.
- Update information on websites, NUS Bulletin and publications
- Other projects and initiatives as requested by reporting officerRequirements
- Possess a good bachelor’s degree
- Meticulous, excellent time and administrative skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines
- Work well under pressure both independently and as a team player
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated flair for writing
- Some experience in an education environment, preferably in the areas of administration and digital marketing will be beneficial
