**What You'll Do**
- Assist in the execution of Plants' Operations & Maintenance works in maintaining safe, reliable & quality chilled water supply to the Customers.
- Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.
- Plan, schedule and execute the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting in accordance with Method of Statement (MS) /Risk Analysis (RA), and as assigned by Engineers/Supervisor (e.g. for operation, mechanical, electrical and instruments works)
- Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection.
- Assist in the upkeep, maintenance and condition monitoring of work area, tools, spare parts and consumables as assigned.
- Upkeep maintenance records, tools box meeting records, risk assessment, method of statement, hand tools and testing equipment.
- Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts, upkeep of equipment and its records as assigned.
- Supervise contractors during the course of routine and non-routine maintenance works
- Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies and abnormalities
- On appointment base, to involve in organization initiatives, activities and events, e.g. projects, safety meetings etc.
- May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift) Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.

**What You’ll Need**:

- NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering / related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
- Analytical, good working attitude and able to communicate clearly.
- Able to perform normal and/or shift duties - 12- hour shift or other shift pattern as per project requirement
- Willing to learn attitude with strong team player
