Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of District Cooling System projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

The selected candidate will undertake key responsibilities as follows:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for new DCS sites
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team on technical design, specifications, and engineering validation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Drive and track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and updates with cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise with authorities and external partners to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained in accordance with internal standards and audit requirements.
  • Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and handover documentation.
  • Work with the Engineering team to ensure technical compliance with ISO and regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee testing activities and support troubleshooting and fault rectification during commissioning, in collaboration with the Engineering and Operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project phase to operations, including training, SOP development, and documentation handover.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Candidate with PMP Certification (Project Management Professional Certification) is highly preferred
  • 5–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&E or district cooling projects
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and documentation standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and external contractors
