Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of building facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine monitoring and spot checks of all building facilities, including central chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, compressors, BMS, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Routine monitoring and spot checks of all the building facilities such as central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, compressors, BMS, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Attending to facility works and M&E installations, including coordinating with contractors on repair works.
  • Providing support to production and assisting in machine installations: power hook-up, CDA, vacuum, and process cooling water, exhaust pipe, and other setup in the production floor.
  • Performing in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Facilities / CEE or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience.
  • Entry level candidates are welcome.
  • Working knowledge in cleanroom environment is preferred.
  • Able to commit to rotating 12-hr day/night shift.
