Facilities Maintenance Technician - Class 3 Driver

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Class 3 Driver. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

You will work closely with our maintenance team to identify and resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and servicing equipment.
  3. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  4. Replace and repair building finishes, such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, and wallpaper.
  5. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
  6. Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems.
  7. Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Licence.
  • SEC(k) in Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing and pipefitting or aircon ducting, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
