Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate in building, electrical, or mechanical, and at least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering. They will also possess good knowledge of building equipment, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Perform shift duties and respond to work requests from the Samfex work order system
  • Carry out cosmetic items such as painting, vanishing, masonry, carpentry, and carpet works
  • Ensure all work requests are properly logged and executed

Requirements:

  • Positive, friendly, professional, and confident with good interpersonal skills
  • Trade certificate in building, electrical, or mechanical
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel engineering
  • Good knowledge of building equipment, including HVAC systems
