**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for the day-to-day district cooling plant operational activities according to the process specifications and its quality requirement.
- Support Engineers to meet the contractual, technical and commercial set-up and operation of district cooling plant.
- Perform quality monitoring and operational works according to the safety requirement and carry out continuous process/ operational improvement programs.
- Support plant process trouble-shooting, fault rectification and daily maintenance works, including inspections and condition monitoring of plant equipment.
- Plan and execute the daily routine and non-routine work orders in accordance with organisation’s safety requirement.
- Preparation and periodic review of Risk Assessment / Method Statements / Work Instructions / Permit to Work / SOP and ensure that the plant documentation conforms with ISO requirements.
- Assist Engineers in the sourcing and procuring of spare parts, upkeep of equipment and its records as assigned.
- Assist Engineer in managing maintenance contracts and inspections, testing and commissioning of new/repaired equipment.
- Plan and implement the various works programmes in accordance to budget provisions and schedules.
- Supervise and report performance of contractors to ensure good quality and progress of maintenance works, as well as full compliance with contract specifications.
- Assist in the review of all management systems, including ISO 37001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 annually and provide support to the auditing parties wherever necessary, to rectify non compliances and/or to follow up on improvement items identified during audit.
- Transfer of technical knowledge to Technicians for execution of Operations &Maintenance (O&M) work on the system/equipment
- Plan shift duty and supervise technician on O&M works. Stand in for shift work when necessary.
- Support the organisation in business contingency plans and exercises as defined.
- May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift)
- Any assignment/activity/project tasked by the management.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering / related discipline from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
- At least 5 years hands-on Operations & Maintenance working experience in ACMV
- Able to lead as a supervisor to manage technicians and contractors
- Possess skills in project planning, execution, and management
- Possess skills in statistical analysis and evaluation
- Able to write and communicate well
