**Business Manager (Client Servicing)**

As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Business Manager to join us to help us with our next phase as we develop our operations and client account management across APAC and EMEA. You’ll be working with our Business Director to manage and nurture client accounts and relationships, set up financial strategies, and build synergies between internal business functions and external clients. You will also support the Business Director with seizing new business opportunities through our Maker Lab approach.

You’ll have trust and empowerment from the management team to move the needle. You are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations and growth and setting strategic goals for the future. You’ll help safeguard and support our activities and profitability to drive sustainable development. Role:

- Support all strategic and operational business initiatives, including but not limited to: business planning, communication, financial control, and client and team management operations.
- Support new business streams and the productisation of business offerings for scalable growth.
- Oversee budget management processes (internally and externally) with a strong focus on driving results while building relationships.
- Develop compelling proposals and pitch materials - project managing pitch teams, content development for proposals, case study development, to presenting the credentials
- Be an essential voice for our organisation across internal and external stakeholders, representing the business needs and views across broader cross-organisational teams in a matrix setting.
- Act as a catalyst for operational excellence across the organisation as aligned with the client’s requirements.
- Manage operating budgets and headcount models for the organisation while ensuring 100% compliance with policies and organisational commitments.
- Strong project management abilities, a keen eye for detail and familiarity with creative production.
- Work alongside Finance, Talent and People Ops teams to create a cohesive and inclusive company culture.

You:

- 5+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy or in-house team, well versed with account/project management, marketing, and creative processes.
- Strong in communication with demonstrated success in handling and communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development through strong analytical and financial acumen with an ability to think “end-to-end”.
- Possess critical thinking skills coupled with process improvement ability to build systems, processes and procedures from the ground up in a start-up environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Motivate, inspire and have a high tolerance and appreciation for navigating through ambiguity.
- Create high-level presentations and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
