**About the Role**
- Reporting to the Regional Manager - Precontracts, the Proposal Engineer is responsible for ensuring detailed tender submissions are compiled in accordance with company procedures for Senior Management Review.
- Communicate with Operations and Regional Managers in reviewing all aspects of the tender including Construction Methodology, Commercial/Technical Risks and Opportunities, Alternatives, Submission Documentation, Production Rates, Material and Subcontract Enquiries and any Programming Requirements.
- Facilitate review meetings and work closely with Bid Managers and Estimators to support various bids as assigned.
- Development of construction plans, including staff, labour, plant histograms.
- Development of construction schedule for EPC activities.
- Development of cost estimates in accordance with client requirements.
- Analysis of RFQs and tender documents.
- Support tender proposals
- Writing submission documents.
- Conduct site visits as and when necessary.
- 13 month year end bonus

**About You**

To be considered for the opportunity, you will need the following:

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management and or estimating experience.
- Focused on meeting objectives and timeframes through the use of Company processes.
- Competent in use of relevant in-house software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Work Location: One location
