Overview / Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the main functions of the role is to lead the proposal execution.
- Coordinate with all departments for the preparation of proposal.
- Coordinate bid clarifications with clients.
- Work with the Operations in formulating and implementing bid strategies.
- Work with the Legal team, in reviewing the prime contract documents and contractual risk analysis.
- Work with the Estimating team, for the preparation of proposal pricing in line with the commercial strategy, and perform risk and contingencies analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of proposal in compliance with client’s requirement.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s tender governance procedure and proposal preparation procedure.

Skills / Qualifications:
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 6 years of relevant career experience in the oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in leading the proposal execution will be preferred.
- Keen interest in commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.
- Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills
- Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and a desire to win.
