We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Manage and grow key accounts, including multinational corporations (MNCs) and government organisations
- Drive tender submissions and ensure compliance with procurement requirements
- Develop strategies to close high-value projects ($50K and above)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors
- Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, installation) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior management
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales management experience with a successful track record
- Demonstrated success in securing large projects with MNCs and government organisations, including tender wins
- Strong experience in high-value project sales ($50K and above)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop long-term client relationships
