**Job Overview**

The Logistics Assistant will support daily warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations for wines and spirits. This includes managing inbound and outbound stock, coordinating deliveries, ensuring product care and compliance, and assisting in documentation and stock accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**

Inventory Management
- Receive and inspect incoming stock (e.g., bottles, cartons, cases) for quantity and quality.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of wine and spirits following safety and product-specific requirements (e.g., temperature control, stacking guidelines).
- Update stock levels in the system accurately and promptly.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly/quarterly stock audits.

Order Fulfilment & Delivery Coordination
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Verify delivery notes, invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle urgent or ad-hoc delivery requests, including event-related support.

Warehouse Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are consistently followed.
- Assist in loading/unloading stock from vehicles.
- Report damages or discrepancies immediately.

Documentation & System Updates
- Assist in generating delivery orders, pick lists, and inventory reports.
- Maintain filing systems for logistics-related records (invoices, delivery notes, returns, etc.)
- Update order tracking and delivery schedules in the system.

Cross-Department Collaboration
- Liaise with sales, procurement, and finance teams to support order accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Provide stock availability updates to relevant teams.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 year experience or more in warehouse/logistics (wine & spirits/F&B industry preferred).
- Physically fit, able to lift wine cartons and handle pallets.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, stock systems, or ERP is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, temperature-sensitive environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
