**Port+ Supervisor/Assistant Port+ Executive (Trucking)**

To support the day to day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers which can cover end-to-end coordination, operations, including sea/land transport, its intermodal and the accompanying customs formalities and other documentations. He/She is required to coordinate with customers, contractors, truckers and transporters to support the execution of these activities. He/She is also required to ensure customs compliance and verify delivery documents.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-Day support of customers operation and requirements_
- Supervise the trucking movement to ensure smooth delivery of containers to and from Depots and FTZs.
- To work with the Terminal Gate controllers and contractor trucking coordinators for trucking jobs.
- To communicate with the Warehouse supervisors on the stuffing and unstuffing of cargoes in order to schedule the trucking timing.
- Maintain daily and monthly reports on the jobs completed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Nitec, ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Other disciplines with experience in logistics operations management preferable in 3rd party logistics, distribution or manufacturing environment will be considered.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Trucking Logistics experience preferred
- Able to work independent and a problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Meticulous in details
- Able to work fast and accurate
