As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of Morsels, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for. You will oversee daily operations, manage front-of-house staff, and maintain our high standards of service. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable dining experiences and driving the restaurant to new heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure smooth daily operations and address any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall guest flow
- Collaborate with the chef-owner to enhance the dining experience
- Uphold and promote our standards for food presentation and quality
- Educate staff and guests about our menu and wine pairings
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-end or fusion restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of wine and the ability to recommend pairings
- Passion for food and a deep understanding of the dining experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Genuine love for customer interaction and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Dedication to maintaining and elevating our standards of excellence
