- Maintain Finance records, Cash book, Accounts Receivable, Payable & GL
- Manage payroll processing, GST return & CPF submission
- Perform Monthly management reports & yearly accounts closing
- Coordinate and checking of financial reports, stock-taking and yearly audits
- Monitor monthly cash flow and manage cash flow positions
- Review on customer/suppliers invoices
- Oversee office operation workflow
- Provide ad hoc administrative support
- Support HR matter
Requirement:
- Min Diploma Accounting & Finance
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Self-motivated, multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
