
Finance & Admin Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain finance records, cash book, accounts receivable, accounts payable & GL
- Manage payroll processing, GST return & CPF submission
- Coordinate and checking of financial reports, stock-taking and yearly audits
- Monitor monthly cash flow and manage cash flow positions
- Prepares financial and management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annually
- Overseeing finance matters for the company which includes bank correspondences, tax and statutory correspondences and compliance
- Setting up and management of admin and accounts processes for greater efficiency for the group
- Understanding of and able to prepare full sets of accounts for management reviews and statutory requirements
- Able to provide management with timely reports and suggestions for improvements
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
- Possess drive, initiative and a high level of responsibility
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore’s Corporate Tax, Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax, Government grants and claim processes
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Independent, reliable, trustworthy and resourceful
- Meticulous and good with details
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Service excellent mindset and passionate in addressing organizational and employees needs
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Fluent in English and proficient in a second language
- Expert in MS Office (especially Words and Excel)
Attractive salary will be commensurate to relevant experience.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
