We’re seeking a future team member for the role of CAO Administration to join our Treasury Services APAC team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Partner with global, regional and country teams across all functions to ensure effective risk control and business governance
- Manage incidents or crisis management work streams till completion of remediation, ensuring risk and control are in place to meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Proactively identify process reengineer and performance improvement opportunities for governance and control enhancement
- Work with global and regional legal, compliance and risk control teams to ensure satisfactory completion of Risk Assessments
- Periodical reviews of record and contract management and ensure inclusion of remediation plans
- Develop /review of Risk Appetite Statement in conjunction with global, regional and local country Risk Teams
- Participate/lead various working groups for global and regional business initiatives covering a wide range of topics, including but not limited to, business activities/efficiencies review, regulatory and policy implementation
- Coordinate internal and external reviews, including but not limited to compliance and audit reviews.
- Help to develop regional business growth strategy outlook, provide analytical support for materials to articulate strategic initiatives, business case, and impact analysis in a thoughtful and commercial approach
- Sales performance assessment design and tracking
- Develop strong partnership with global, regional and country teams in driving a DEI culture to enhance communication and employee engagements

**Key requirement/skills**:

- At least 10 years of experiences in Financial Services Industry preferred.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with a keen understanding of risk management in Financial Services industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
