Provide support to the CEO's office to improve business efficiency, sales performance and long-term business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic support. This may include conducting market research, competitive analysis that will inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through the coordination and collating of reports, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units
- Attend and document key leadership meetings, including minute-taking, tracking of the next course of action and follow-ups.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
- Collaborate with HR business partners for talent and resource planning

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in consulting analysis, or HR business partnering is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven capability in planning and management tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced skills in creating and analyzing business presentations and data.
- Previous experience in consulting, analysis, or as an HR BP is an advantage.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
