**Key Responsibilities**
- Researching and identifying potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analyzing market data, conducting competitor analysis, and staying updated on industry development.
- Working with the Head of Sales, to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying target customers, creating sales pitches and presentations, negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Assessing and evaluating new market opportunities for expansion by identifying new products.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other F&B companies, suppliers, distributors or retailers.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to identify customer preferences and trends. Providing inputs and insights to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
- Actively participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build industry connections, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Generating regular reports and providing insights to the Management team for decision-making.
