**Key Responsibilities**
- Formulate business action plans and strategies for the products created.
- Analyze new ventures to position and strategize effectively.
- Be the go-to person for project-related communications between team members and external contacts.
- Work closely with key account managers to discover new opportunities and expand profitable relationships.
- Develop intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in any business processes.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Help manage and execute marketing tactics, assigning specific tasks to reach our strategic objectives.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term business pipeline in accordance with achieving financial gains.

- At least a Diploma in Business, Management or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting would be an advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
- Willing to travel as and when needed.
- A background as a chef would be beneficial, as the incumbent's food expertise, especially in enjoying and understanding a wide array of food products such as chips, would greatly aid in collaborating closely with the R&D team to develop exciting new food products.
- Experience in or passion for gastronomy and product innovation will be an advantage.
