*8am
- 5pm (Mon - Fri)
*8am - 12pm (Sat) - rotating WFH / WFO
Location: Woodland

**Responsibility**:

- Support the sales team on their key account enquiries and activities
- Assist Head of Sales on export enquiries and costing
- Prepare quotations for ad-hoc enquiries
- Logging in blanket sales order, executing order processing and order fulfillment task
- Coordinating deliveries with relevant internal departments
- Ensuring sufficient inventories for project delivery
- Ensuring sufficient collateral available
- Communicating with external customers for cash sales and payments
- Other relevant ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

**Requirement**:

- Min 1 year related experience
- Independent
