We are seeking a motivated **Business Development Executive/Assistant** to support our team in driving growth and delivering strategic value across business lines. This role requires a blend of **analytical, consulting**, and **human resources experience**, with strong emphasis on **communication, planning, management,**and **coordination.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the business development team in market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
- Assist in stakeholder communications, project coordination, and presentation preparation.
- Contribute to planning and executing business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business partners for talent and resource planning.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in consulting analysis, or HR business partnering is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and coordination abilities.
- Proven capability in planning and management tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with advanced skills in creating and analyzing business presentations and data.
- Previous experience in consulting, analysis, or as an HR BP is an advantage.
