**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Partnership and Business Development Support**:
Collaborate closely with senior management to understand the company's strategy and ensure that HR strategies align with business objectives.
Provide strategic consulting on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent development, and culture building to support growth and innovation in the optical communications industry.
**Recruitment and Talent Management**:
Support the implementation of global recruitment strategies, particularly for key technical positions and high-potential talent in the optical communications field.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure job descriptions and recruitment standards meet industry needs, and drive full lifecycle recruitment management.
**Employee Development and Training**:
Design and implement employee training and development programs specifically for the optical communications industry to enhance technical capabilities and leadership skills.
Work with departments to identify skill gaps and provide customized career development and growth paths for employees.
**Performance Management and Organizational Optimization**:
Promote the optimization and implementation of performance management systems to align employee goals with business objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations on organizational restructuring and employee incentive programs to help the company better adapt to the fast-evolving optical communications industry.
**Employee Relations and Culture Building**:
Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and employee relations management to foster a positive corporate culture.
Address employee disputes and labor issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Regularly analyze HR data and provide reports on employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, performance trends, etc., to support business decision-making.
Utilize HR technology systems to optimize recruitment, performance, and employee development processes.
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
**Work Experience**:
At least 3 years of HR management experience in a multinational company or the optical communications industry.
Experience as an HRBP or in related functions, with successful collaboration in technology-driven companies.
**Skills Requirements**:
Familiarity with key talent needs and technology trends in the optical communications industry, with the ability to support rapidly growing tech companies.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and influence, capable of building effective collaborations with leaders and employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
Strong analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.
