Managing the consultants and consultant services per signed contracts. Oversee and manage monthly contract invoices, project time submission, project expense submission, verify cost and budget of all consultants and consultant firms. Assisting departmental initiatives and pipeline data analysis.

**EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS**
- Assist in negotiation on consultant contracts terms and conditions.
- Participate in building consultant contract research and detail.
- Prepare contract renew of all consultants annually.
- Provide information, interpretation and guidance to outside consultants on brand standards and design standards.
- Manage all communications between GDAP associates and GDAP consultants.
- Manage implementation of GDAP policies related to consultant performance.
- Support VP to roll out departmental initiatives.
- Maintain and management pipeline data analysis.
- Oversee CDR submission from consultants/owners on consultant managing projects.
- Manage project design library of all CDR projects.
- Manage the process of lessons learned from CDR projects of consultants.
- Manage and coordinate outside vendors in GDAP related products.
- Manage and coordinate outside design firms, architectural firms, lighting firms, graphic firms, MEP firms in GDAP related business.
- Prepare and process multiple consultant contracts in accordance with continent contracting policies and corporate guidelines.
- Manage all consultant contract renewals annually.
- Manage, verify and process the weekly time claims on all consultants.
- Review and process the monthly payment requisitions including invoices and travel expenses.
- Develop and manage internal and external communication concerning all consultants between regional offices.
- Manage all system related coordination and supporting consultants under MI account.
- Manage all consultants matters for their office visit, office meetings involving project owners and project consultants.
- Manage and support all GDAP work in contact with Operations and DDO area.
- Assisting continent renovation program manage by consultants.
- Manage Project Specialist.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

- Strong commitment to schedule and due date.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, excel, scheduling, database mgmt. software.

**Education/Experience**:

- 4-years degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience within the industry.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience, preferably experience on contract management.
- Experience in supporting hotel operation.
- Experience in supporting construction management and accounting.
- Experience in managing and assisting large group of professionals.
