**Job Overview**

One of the key aspects of NVPC’s strategy is in the area of partnerships. Spanning across the public, private and people sectors, these partnerships will be crucial in raising awareness, creating opportunities to do good and inspiring others as we journey towards the City of Good together.

As a member of the Corporate & Industry Partnerships (CIP) team, you will support Company of Good’s efforts to better strategize our Partners Acquisition efforts, sense-make our partnerships, improve collective awareness of our partnerships and engagements, and facilitate solutions with our partners.

**Core Duties And Responsibilities**
- Identify key partnerships and facilitate solutioning with stakeholders.
- Manage Key Stakeholders and build trusting relationships to engage their networks or members
- Develop potential pipeline of partners and collaborations to raise awareness and increase the Company of Good network base
- Track engagements across NVPC’s products/platforms that may engage companies in our network.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback for product refinements/new programme development.
- Support the partners acquisition process by conducting individual chats or sharing session for interested companies to find out more.
- Curate and co-create programmes, resources and materials with internal stakeholders to draw interest and create value for our members.
- Manage and update online portal and customer relationship management system (Salesforce)
- Support the team’s and Company of Good’s other events.

**Key Deliverables**

Achieve the targets set for the team in terms of corporate and non-profit engagements, including but not limited to:

- The growth of the Company of Good membership.
- Build and manage partnership with Key stakeholders
- Raise awareness and interest of Corporate Purpose

**Requirements**:

- Degree or similar accreditation
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounts servicing, relationship management or stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of the corporate environment
- Excellent ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to craft marketing materials and toolkit
- Host and conduct sharing sessions on Company of Good and Society framework
- Openness to embrace new ideas, ways of working, learning and proactively giving and welcoming feedback
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Client-centric mentality
- Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
- A strong believer in wanted the best for the country
