**Job Overview**

As part of stewarding the City of Good vision for Singapore, Company of Good connects organisations to do good strategically, sustainably and impactfully. Through its initiatives, like-minded organisations can learn, network and collaborate for good.

This role will focus on planning and organising events to support Company of Good programmes, ranging from large-group corporate engagements with senior-level VIPs to smaller-scale workshops, networking events or focus group discussions.

**Core Duties And Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and organisation of events in support of Company of Good programmes, including but not limited to Industry Development programmes, Community Building programmes and Capability Development programmes such as the Company of Good Fellowship.
- Provide support for the Champions of Good event and other key NVPC-level events in terms of planning, procurement, logistics, coordination with partners and vendors, preparing invitation lists and other areas as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or similar accrediation, preferably in Business, Marketing or other relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events mangement
- Experience in stakeholder or community engagement
- Good knowledge of the non-profit sector
- Strong ability to design and deliver online and hybrid events
- Basic digital skillsets such as familiarity in managing admin user roles on virtual platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage third party suppliers
- Open to learning, as well as giving and receiving feedback
- Comfortable with complexity and working with a high degree of uncertainty
**This is a 2-years contract position with opportunities for extension of contract or conversion to permanent employment upon completion of assignment.**
