**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Smart Lighting Solutions
**Salary**: Basic $2,500/month + 3% Commission on Project Revenue
**Location**: Singapore
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients in the **property, project, and facility management sectors**.
- Present smart lighting solutions and explain how they support energy savings and operational efficiency.
- Follow up with leads, conduct site visits, and work with the internal technical team to prepare proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and build a strong referral base.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide basic after-sales support and liaise with internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of sales experience**, ideally B2B or in industries like lighting, electrical, construction, property, or facilities.
- Confident, **self-motivated, and goal-driven** personality.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel for site visits and meet clients across Singapore.
