**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and communicate strategies to address competition, client preference changes, and advancements in technology and marketing tools. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and opportunities through research.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling, including financial planning and analysis, to provide insights into the firm’s overall strategy by identifying key questions and performing ad-hoc analyses.
- Create and manage both internal and external client-facing materials, participate in meetings with clients, investors, and partners, and ensure timely delivery by tracking progress.
- Cultivate relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project management, ensuring successful delivery both internally and externally. This includes working under tight deadlines and driving the completion of process generation, user documentation, blended learning plans, etc.
- Diligently track exceptions and develop processes to accommodate changes, equipping the business line with the necessary documentation for long-term management. Perform additional duties as needed
**Requirements**:
- Results-oriented, dedicated, and hardworking, with the ability to deliver quality work on time under pressure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean or Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred due to market focus.
- Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs).
- Interest in collaborating with Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per month
