Core Responsibilities
- Work with Regional partners to optimise the product portfolio and stock positions in order to drive sales results.
- Track and monitor commercial performance as well as key data and insights to take corrective actions (e.g. site contents optimization)
- Working with Product(Tech) teams to support on-site optimisation local shopper needs (e.g. payment options).
- Explore global vs local trends to make recommendations on how to leverage localised content and experiences.
- Develop deep expertise on our ecommerce tools, supporting documentation efforts to improve overall Ecommerce team capabilities.
- Develop and implement commercial action plans by region/country.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to assess effectiveness of promotions, optimise campaigns and identify local opportunities.
- Coordinate with Distribution and Consumer Services teams to track and improve Shopper NPS and Ecommerce profitability.

Working alongside eComm, Marketing and the wider LEGO Group, this role will define and deliver plans to use our existing business tools to optimize the site down to a country level, becoming an expert in regional and language differences.
Do you have what it takes?
- 6+ years working experience in eCommerce
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken) is a must to manage our eCommerce platforms and engage stakeholders at all levels and regions, including Japan.
- Experience working with on-site optimization tools including analytics, testing, content management and internal search
- Experience in merchandising and sales with consumer products
- Consistent track record of delivering ecommerce sales uplift
- Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey
- Experience in Japanese eCommerce market with insights and understanding towards Japanese market and shoppers would be a plus
