**Core Responsibilities**:
As the Regional Trade Marketing Manager; the primary responsibilities are to lead, develop and implement effective shopper marketing strategies within APAC Market Group. This role requires tactical strategic thinking, analytical skill, and collaboration with internal cross functional teams and external agencies, to translate Global Strategy to Regional Strategy and local business unit execution. In addition, the role plays a lynchpin role in understanding & aggregating business performance and regional practices into global marketing forums, and representing the voice of regional shopper in globally developed marketing campaigns.

**Core Responsibilities include**:
- Identify omni-channel opportunities across channels within the business units (BUs), and collaborate with relevant internal and external colleagues on omni-channel initiatives for APAC Market Group.-
- Establish strong collaboration with eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams on driving full-funnel shopper journey.-
- Define, build and implement trade strategy, plans and programs together with brand and commercial development teams based on Customers / Consumers / Shopper / Category understanding.-
- Develop of trade marketing activities consistent with overall commercial and marketing strategies to drive demand generation.-
- Conduct post evaluation & business analysis. Perform analysis on market and category trends, identify key consumers’ and shoppers’ insights, competition and campaign efficiency effectiveness tracking.-
- Identify commercial and / or brand opportunities through segment growth trends and consumption opportunities within channel.-
- Lead integrated commercial planning process for Trade Marketing, consolidating a regional perspective on priority shopper segments, channel dynamics, and identifying opportunities for growth within the assigned brand portfolio.-
- Lead APAC regional-led Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) Promotional Strategy & Plans, and GWP creation to support local markets’ promotional plans across diverse mix of omni-channels such as LEGO certified stores (LCS), Toy Specialist and Department stores.-
- Drive innovative in-store execution; through inspiring, leading and ensuring innovation in-store initiatives come to life by deriving and crafting the regional innovation agenda and driving this to execution with the marketing teams-
- Collaborate strongly with LEGO Retail to support New Retail Platform GTM/roll-out plans for APAC MG.-
- Working closely with LEGO Retail to provide support for LCS in-store launch execution.-
- Monitoring assets delivery to APAC MG with respect of Global embargo dates and confidentiality guidelines.-
- Build and establish strong Partnership with Internal teams (Global, Brand, Digital, eCommerce, Commercial Development, our LEGO Agency, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance Business Partners); External partners (Creative Services agencies, Event agencies etc).-
- Effective in leading cross agency collaboration, engage in purposeful discussions to identify business opportunities, and in turn develop good brand campaign solutions to drive our brand equity amongst consumers and shoppers.-

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic marketing organization, responsible for brand development, generating demand and growing active consumer base across brand, trade, digital marketing and eCommerce functions.

The role is key and instrumental in driving APAC Shopper agenda and understanding across all functions in APAC market group. You will be strategically responsible for leading and setting the regional trade marketing priorities, driving business growth in the APAC retail landscape by understanding and connecting with the APAC shoppers, consumers, customers and partners.

You will have the overall ability to be responsible for key seasonal shopper opportunities, lead, innovate and guide the vision for both Trade strategy and execution for success, in both our own brand and third party retail channels. These retail leadership capabilities are pivotal to ensuring success in our diverse and dynamic APAC geographies; which stretch across six major business units (Japan, Korea, ANZ, SEA, HKTW, and India).

The overall ambition for the position is to elevate in-store marketing to a key priority within the overall marketing mix and make it a strategic tool for success when building the LEGO brand in the region and BU.

This role will report to the Regional Trade Marketing Director.
