As the Associate Director, you will coordinate and oversee cross-functional efforts to improve technology, design, products/services, and consumer experiences. You will promote innovation and growth while balancing practical consumer and commercial requirements in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the digitalization, sales, product marketing, and finance teams to lead commercial business cases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive MSTA performance on engagement, experience, and contribution to business
- Develop business plans and channel business case
- Responsibility for overall MSTA Customer Experience score and steer customer experience related projects
- Build and develop a high performing team of digital business managers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, apps, and web ecosystems, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Significant commercial experience in a fast-paced, technologically advanced, and competitive industry, as well as experience in strategy consulting.
- Expertise in digital sales/marketing, CLM, analytics, and conversion funnels.
- Proficiency in project management and familiarity with agile squad delivery teams.
- Comprehension of essential business and product metrics, including P&L management.
- Comfortable with uncertain situations.
- Unwavering commitment to driving team goals and metrics.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities and multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and influence key stakeholders/decision-makers.
