**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage and execute BTL campaigns for Partnerships, Customer Experience (ebill, digital adoption etc), and rewards programs
- Work with internal and external partners to craft the messaging and tiering of the offers; Contribute to copy, content creation for marketing collaterals
- Review campaign performance and work with Rewards Manager and with BA on reporting requirements on performance management of campaigns; perform data analysis and propose segmented offers
- Review Rewards journey online in online and on My Singtel app and implement initiatives that are in line with business objectives
- Conduct local market analysis and sharing of findings
- Analysis of CE BPR and translate into insights for team/ collate updates for management meetings (BPR/WTM/CE BPR)
- Administrative tasks, including PO creation and tracking

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and self-motivated quick learner with a “can do” attitude
- Organized, detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Demonstrated clear and structured communication, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, as well as work both independently and in a team
- Good understanding of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
