HR Shared Services
- Provide guidance and support to team members for day-to-day operations
- Coaching and developing team members and ensuring that the team members are competent and capable of handling activities and queries.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and manage escalated HR issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of HR data records, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work pro-actively to support and deliver excellent employee experience.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with various team to implement innovative solution for enhanced service delivery.
- Work with HR technology team to effectively utilize HR systems and tools for streamlined service delivery

HR Projects

Function as the lead/co-lead in driving ad-hoc HR Projects.
- **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education/Training/Experience**
- Degree with at least 4-5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and collaborate with stakeholders at all level
- Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is strongly preferred)
- Experience in HR process improvement and project management, with the ability to drive change and implement new initiatives
