- Running the full spectrum of employee lifecycle except for recruitment to ensure accurate, timely and compliant delivery on behalf of the clients.
- Manage day to day operational queries on HR operations matters (e.g., employee relations, benefits, employment contracts, pay queries, administration, system navigation)
- Assist in the execution of client’s HR programs, e.g., Performance reviews, pay & bonus reviews or talent development as and when needed.
- Maintain and update data in the HRMS accurately prior to processing of payroll within each payroll cycle
- Ensure proper handling of confidential clients and their employees’ data
- Work closely with stakeholders to create necessary interfaces and ensure accurate data and process flow
- From time to time, create or update the Standard Operating Procedures and policies in accordance with changes in legislation
- Manage employee personnel files
- Upon client’s request, you may be tasked to be the HRMS administrator to act as the product expert for relevant enquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients
- From time to time, you may be required to deliver and manage payroll services such as month payroll processing, annual tax submissions, tax clearance for exiting employees
- Assist in internal or external audit upon auditors’ request
- Ensure client queries are handled promptly to ensure their proficiency with BIPO platform
- Be the first level of escalation for clients’ feedback and ensuring a high-level customer satisfaction
- Identify areas of process improvements and work closely with the internal stakeholders for process enhancement
- Be the BIPO product expert; continuously and pro-actively learn and be familiar with BIPO’s products, services and updates
- Keep oneself updated of the changes in statutory requirements and ensure that the HR and payroll processes are complied with the changes
- Any other ad-hoc HR projects and responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Psychology / Information Systems preferred
- Good understanding of workforce administration processes with good communication skills
- Customer centric focus and have confident in dealing with all level of clients
- Detail oriented and has good time management skill
- Self Motivated and keen to learn and upgrade oneself
- Passion for learning Information System Solutions
- Disciplined individual who works systematically, attentive to details even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Having an analytical mindset, process driven and provide solutions to operations requirements
