**LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - RETAIL AND CORPORATE**
- Ensure training calendar, training program, refreshers and activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors to secure support for products / brands trainings for the retail team
- Develop and review training contents to ensure relevancy to current training needs
- Conduct training needs analysis and co-ordinate training registration, claims, grants for the employees (Retail and Corporate)
- Support and co-ordiante mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Trade Compliance and Security Compliance for new and existing employees

**HUMAN RESOURCES**
- Co-ordinate and execute the stand-up on-boarding program for retail new hires
- Support the on-boarding for corporate new hires (Executive levels)
- Execute the in-store Lotte STAR DNA customer experience program
- Be the point of contact to manage Mystery shopping / One Changi / Extra Miles Award matters
- Prepare weekly & monthly HR reports for Training & Development areas
- Responsible to review, propose, execute and improve Employee Engagement Program / activities
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business / Management / Human Resources
- At least 2 years of relevant HR and Training experiences in retail or travel retail work environment.
- Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to do translation and to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees.
- Competent in stand-up training / MS office / presentation
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition.
