The SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute (SDGHI) is an enabling platform for global health activities across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC). The Institute aims to address current and emerging health challenges across ASEAN member states and in other Asian countries. Working in collaboration with partners, SDGHI seeks to tackle prevalent health challenges, strengthen health systems and better insulate countries from pandemics and disease threats.

We are recruiting a Senior Executive to help execute the communications strategy for SDGHI and its integrated platforms, such as the Centre for Outbreak Preparedness and similar centres and programmes, that in totality, advance the SDGHI mission and agenda.
- Highlight and promote the profile of SDGHI through various channels and platforms both internally and publicly such as on newsletters, annual reports, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, websites etc. with regular and consistent postings.
- Support media engagement and publicity efforts, including media relationship management.
- Create and maintain a story and photo/video bank for publicity purposes by working closely with the faculty to identify appropriate stories. This will include but not limited to updates on programme activities in priority locations and other programme sites.
- Manage the pipeline of content for the SDGHI website
- Assist with production and management of SDGHI digital and print assets, such as brochures, posters and other publicity materials as required
- Support key SDGHI events such as seminars, signature lectures, or related events on global health topics
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the Communications Lead

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, social sciences or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years in a communications role, including working with media
- Possess an excellent command of English with an ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Have strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Resourceful, creative and excellent in planning, organising and managing time.
- Highly motivated individual who is able to work independently in a multidisciplinary setting
- Demonstrated ability to interact and work with stakeholders and team members across various functions and levels in the organisation
- Knowledge/interest in global health issues would be preferred
