The Director of Talent plays a critical role in the growth of Beam. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to plan hiring needs and attract the right talent in order to build a high performing, diverse and agile organization. You will also build and lead the talent acquisition function and be responsible for the employer brand strategy.

**WHAT YOU DO**:

- Partner with business leaders to understand Beam's recruitment needs, then create and implement a workforce planning and resource forecasting strategy that feeds into recruitment timelines.
- Build, develop and lead an extraordinary team of talent acquisition personnel who can find the most suitable talent across all geographies that Beam operates in.
- Develop, implement and monitor talent acquisition performance metrics such as funnel conversion ratio, time to fill, recruitment cost, and employer brand health index.
- Lead external staffing and recruitment agencies, negotiating rates, monitoring agency performance, and arranging different partnership arrangements.
- Build and grow relationships with institutes of higher learning and other relevant organizations.
- Communicate with external sources and organizations to keep abrest of talent movement, trends and opportunities, then working with business leaders to capitalize on them.
- Identify and implement tools and channels to improve effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.


**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or STEM field is preferred.
- 9+ years of cumulative Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 to 4 years leading multi-country teams.
- Regional experience within APAC is necessary.
- Highly analytical with the ability to pull insights from metrics and make strategic decisions from those findings.
- Excellent command of English, with superb communication and public presentation skills is necessary.
- Native proficiency in an Asiatic language or dialect is advantageous. (e.g. korean, chinese, thai, bahasa, japanese)
