**TETRIXX CEO - GENERAL MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION**
Tetrixx’s CEO (“CEO”) is responsible for defining business planning and strategy, as owner of the P&L you will rally internal team towards a common goal, managing people, and leading discussions and initiatives to move things forward in timely manners and ensure proper governance and compliance. As part of the job, you will be also accountable for the communication with investors and institutions.
Here are a few, core responsibilities that CEO has to take care of:
**Owning the strategy**:
As early stage you will liaise with our PM to collaborate and develop a full-fledged product strategy and a game plan (product roadmap) for it. This is the most crucial part of a startup This entails specifying:
- What the startup wants to accomplish with its products.
- The specific business goals they want to.
- List of steps and initiatives required to get to the product vision (plan of action).
- The resources required to stick to the product roadmap in timely manners.
After creating a product strategy and roadmap with the founders, CEO would then have to communicate and implement this strategy to the startup.
**Enchoring first corporate client**:
With your extensive network, you will approach and open the door for MNC’s and develop commercial relationship with C level to generate income for the years to come..
**Be an Individual Contributor for Every Major Business Function**:
A typical startup doesn’t have much resources to spend. As a result, CEO there is expected to wear many hats and directly execute some of the product strategies themselves (in addition to managing team members). In other words, they have to assume the role of a generalist.For that reason, a great product manager should have sufficient know-how of:
- Product marketing (product life cycles, market/user research, client expectation, moneytarisation,GTM,etc.)
- Business in general (finances, strategy, etc.)
- Product development (user stories, design, engineering, etc.)
Hence, startup CEO are expected to do everything - from influencing decision-making to taking initiatives that result from those decisions.
**Manage the GTM Strategy**
Without a product marketing at this stage, CEO, in close contact to Founders and investors, is expected to create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
This entails:
- **Determining a Pricing Strategy **- the CEO works to opt for a pricing strategy that aligns with the business goals and clients expectations.
- **Determining a Distribution Strategy **- another critical component of a GTM strategy is determining a strategy to reach the end-customers.
Behind every successful product, there’s a high-level GTM strategy that helps bring it to the world.
**Measure Results and Optimize**:
Last but not least, the CEO is responsible for the P&L and optimization of the cash utilisation, especially at thi searly stage.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
CEO is key driver for the business success of a startup. Extensive knowledge and experience in leadership, understanding of the industry we are targeting as well as strong international network within MNC’s in Top 500:
- 20 years + experience of driving P&L
- International experience in transforming prospect to client
- Experience in building strategy to support company vision and grow the business
- 10 years + experience in leading organization >100 FTE
- 15+ years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry (international)
- Ability and past experience with trade organization such as Chamber of Commerce, Embassy, Governmental representative.
Track record will be mandatory.

- 20 years experience of managing Company (>100 MUSD TO)
