The HR Assistant will support the HR team on day-to-day HR related initiatives and general admin.

Provides HR and administration support as follow:

- Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
- Work with site coordinators to manage the general workers administration.
- Support in data entry for certain group level in ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
- Ensure up to date workers manpower headcounts.

**Job Qualification**
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Knowledge in ERP system data entry will be an advantage.
**Other Requirements**
- Can support at least twice per week.
