Handle day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Handle full payroll function monthly infotech
- training will be provided
- Maintain employee's leave and attendance record
- Handle work pass processes such as renewals, employment contracts
- Prepare and maintain accurate staff personal records, updating and reviewing regularly
- Prepare appointment letter and other disciplinary letter as and when required
- Ensure timely submission in government claims e.g. Low Levies, CPF
- Ensure timely submission of government, MOM-related
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
