**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement, maintain, and review HR Policies and Procedures for relevancy and constant improvement.
- Understand and implement fair employment practices in compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees. process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
- Assist in managing performance management exercises and processing manpower requisitions, compensation and benefits.
- Process and follow-up with appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions in a timely and thorough way, being empathetic to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF, and IRAS submissions
- Monitor staff confirmation and maintain accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records
- Manage foreign worker insurance, process government related claims such as NS, maternity etc.
- Assist in collaborative works with other departments to improve overall operations and maximise current capabilities.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for management review (eg. attendance, turnover etc)
- Attend to employees grievances and complaints, providing guidance where necessary.
