**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an Operation Manager who can take an overall vision of a project or product and translate them into executable plans. You will then be responsible for driving the project forward, sourcing relevant team members or partnerships and track progress of the development of the project or product.

You will be in overall charge of driving the development process of the Game-Fi Scholarship project, starting at the game research phase to user onboarding to performance management. This includes working with a cross-functional team with both technical and commercial capability and developing an execution plan and budget and ensuring that project or product milestones are being met. You will need to work across multiple teams and resources to ensure everyone knows the part they need to play to deliver, from engineering through operations, partnerships and marketing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with our game developer partners to coordinate and manage the delivery of scholarships programs to our community members.
- Develop roadmap and project execution plan containing key deliverables, milestones, timeline and budget
- Source, manage and provide direction any internal cross functional resource needed including engineering, operations, marketing and partnerships
- Work closely with community management on cultivating and developing the relevant communities necessary for the project’s success
- Research and build your knowledge on blockchain technologies and gaming independently, to help make informed decisions
- Improve the operation team's capability to create and maintain Excel and SQL-based operational processes, with a focus on effective process controls, documentation and process automation.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of experience in product or project management and operations
- Proven track record of project success with demonstrable metrics, KPIs or portfolio
- Strong interest in blockchain, NFTs or gaming industries
- Advanced experiences work with large data sets using Excel, VBA or SQL to drive decision making and present findings to leadership groups.
- People management experience, demonstrate a track record of coaching and mentoring team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- You are willing to “roll up the sleeves,” dive in, and figure things out - without having to solely rely on a team for execution

**Salary**: $4,800.00 - $7,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
